Our systems can be remotely located anywhere indoors or out (rooftop or slab mounted) and are designed to withstand ambient air temperatures of 115°F and in some cases 135°F and higher.  All models are available with sectional condensers which can be replaced, modified, or serviced at any time without affecting the performance of the rest of the condensing units!
