
Kairak’s versatile Drop-in Pan Chillers are the essential element for chef prep counters, buffet stations, serving lines or specialty carts (i.e. salsa bars or condiment stations). Our NSF7 approved pan chilling system is designed with refrigeration running through each divider bar to ensure direct contact with condiment pans for temperature consistency. These refrigerated divider bars work in conjunction with a fan located inside the cavity to effectively distribute cool air throughout the perimeter of the pans…always keeping food fresh and preventing waste.
