Options

1. Under Warranty – Contact Kairak and place a service call request at (800) 833-1106. Model and serial number must be supplied at the time service is called in.
2. Out of Warranty – Contact your local service agent.

 

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Icing up on pans, rails, evaporator fans, and drain lines, or units temping warm Probe sensing incorrect temperature If probe has been sensing for a while the unit maybe need to be turned off at night to allow it to completely defrost – turn unit back on in the morning – if unit doesn’t pull down to temp see Option 1 or 2
