Options

1. Under Warranty – Contact Kairak and place a service call request at (800) 833-1106. Model and serial number must be supplied at the time service is called in.
2. Out of Warranty – Contact your local service agent.



PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
E1 – Appears when either the up arrow or down arrow is pressed when in programming mode. Causes unit to ice up or causes temperatures to raise T-Stat (ETC) should be replaced.
E2 – Appears if the control settings are not stored in memory Causes unit to ice up or causes temperatures to rise. Check all settings are correct
EE – Appears if the EEPROM data has been corrupted Causes unit to ice up or causes temperatures to rise. Replace T-Stat
CL – Appears if calibration modes have been entered Unknown Technician must be called to remove power to the control for at least five seconds. Reapply power, if CL message still appears, replace control.
