Options

1. Under Warranty – Contact Kairak and place a service call request at (800) 833-1106. Model and serial number must be supplied at the time service is called in.
2. Out of Warranty – Contact your local service agent.



PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Evaporator Coils Icing Up Unit may not be set to correct temp may not be set correct temperature; cap tube, Thermal Expansion Valve ETC, or probe may be defective; probe may be touching metal which will give a false reading, over-charged Check temp setting by pushing the set button on the T-stat to see if your T-Stat is set correctly (see attached for temp and time clock settings) if so, see Option 1 or 2 above)
